We collect: name, email, phone, shoot date, location, payment data (processed via iyzico — card details never reach us), visual/audio recordings produced during the shoot, browsing data (cookies).
3. Purposes of Processing
We process your data to: create bookings, deliver the photography service, accept payments, meet contractual and legal obligations, issue invoices, improve customer experience, and — only with your explicit consent — use materials for portfolio and promotional purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with: iyzico Payment Services Inc. (for payment), our album/print suppliers, authorized public bodies when legally required. We do not share data with third parties otherwise.
5. Retention
Personal data is retained for the period required by applicable legislation or by the processing purpose. The shoot archive is kept for 3 months; after that, digital content may be deleted. Tax and commercial records are retained for at least 10 years.
6. Your Rights

8. Use of Visuals
Copyright of all photographs and videos produced during the shoot belongs to the Company under Türkiye's Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. The Company reserves the right to use these materials on its portfolio, website and social media — only with your explicit consent. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing at booking or before the shoot.
