Delivery & Refund Policy

Our delivery and refund terms for photography services provided by Beyaz Kasır Fotoğraf Film Sinema Hizmetleri ve Organizasyon Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Forever Marriage") are detailed below.
1. Digital Delivery
After the shoot, all photos are delivered digitally through a password-protected online gallery. The customer is responsible for downloading all files within 7 days. The gallery and archive remain available for a total of 3 months, after which content may be deleted.
2. Retouched Photos
30 photos selected by the customer are retouched and delivered within 75 business days of the selection date. Selection must be made within 2 months of the shoot date; otherwise the work is considered delivered and album refunds will not be issued.
3. Album Delivery
Album printing and delivery takes approximately 10 weeks (70 days) from the date the customer completes photo selection. Physical delivery is shipped via courier.
4. Right to Withdraw
Per Turkish Distance Sales Regulation, the customer has 14 days from the contract date to withdraw. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to forevermarriageiletisim@gmail.com.
5. Cancellation Fees
Within the 14-day cooling-off period: 5% fee retained, remainder refunded. After cooling-off, more than 14 days before the shoot: 30% fee retained. Less than 14 days before the shoot: 60% fee retained. Cancellation on the shoot day (without force majeure): no refund. All refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 days.
6. Force Majeure
In case of pandemic, natural disaster, serious documented illness, or extraordinary transportation issues, a free date change is offered. The new date must fall within 3 months of the original booking date.
7. Technical Issues
If the shoot cannot be performed due to a technical issue on our side (e.g., equipment failure), a replacement shoot is arranged free of charge when possible. Otherwise the full payment is refunded.
