Choose your package on the booking page and secure your date with a deposit. The deposit is 25% of the package price, paid securely online via iyzico. The balance is due on the day of the shoot. You may also pay in full upfront.

Dates fill quickly, especially weekends. We recommend booking a few months ahead. Our booking page shows live availability for each day and time slot.

Yes. Installment options appear at checkout once you enter your card number, based on what your bank offers.

Payments are processed through iyzico with 3D Secure. Your card details are never sent to us or stored in our systems.

Simply fill in the pre-registration form on our site. Your discount is registered on submission and our "Shooting Day Guide" e-book is sent to you as a gift. Our team will call you shortly after.

The discount is exclusive to couples who complete the pre-registration form, and applies as follows: it cannot be combined with other discounts or campaigns; it is valid once per couple per booking; and the booking must be made within 30 days of submitting the form.

The discount is confirmed once the deposit is paid and your date is reserved. Submitting the form alone is not a booking. If the booking is cancelled, the discount no longer applies.

No. Campaigns cannot be combined; whichever is most advantageous for you is applied. We're happy to work out which one suits you best.

Roughly 1 to 2.5 hours depending on the package. We plan around the light and never rush.

Between 300 and 1,000 frames depending on the package. All are delivered digitally; the 30 you select are carefully retouched.

We recommend at least two. A second look adds variety to your album, particularly for the lake and caravan setups.

Hair and makeup (including hijab styling) is included in Package 3. It can be added to other packages on request — just ask us.

Beyaz Kasır has covered studio and indoor areas, so sessions usually go ahead as planned. If conditions make it impossible, we'll arrange a new date together.

Of course. Send us the list of people and group shots you'd like in advance so no one is missed. Group photographs are usually taken at the start or end of the session.

At our own venue, Beyaz Kasır — you have full use of the mansion, studio, lake and caravan areas. Address: Zekeriyaköy Mah. Kilyos Cad. No: 301/A, Sarıyer / Istanbul. We also shoot at select locations across Istanbul.

All frames are uploaded to a password-protected online gallery after the session. Once you make your selection, the 30 retouched photographs are delivered within 75 business days. Album printing takes approximately 10 weeks after selection.

Up to 2 months from the shooting date. Simply mark your favourites in the online gallery.

The gallery and archive remain accessible for 3 months in total. We recommend downloading your files to your computer and cloud storage within that period.

You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date (5% deduction). After that, cancellations more than 14 days before the shoot incur a 30% deduction; less than 14 days, 60%. For documented force majeure such as illness, we reschedule free of charge. Full details are on our Refund Terms page.

Only with your explicit consent. We ask separately for permission to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes; if you decline, your photographs are never published anywhere.
