Terms of Service

This agreement governs the relationship between Beyaz Kasır Fotoğraf Film Sinema Hizmetleri ve Organizasyon Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Seller") and the person reserving a service via the website ("Buyer"), in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.
1. Key Clauses
1) Only the couple is allowed at the shoot location; additional family/friends are not admitted. 2) Album and clip delivery takes 10 weeks from the date of photo selection. 3) All delivered files must be downloaded and backed up; the studio archive is retained for a maximum of 3 months. 4) If the couple cancels on the shoot day without a valid force-majeure reason, the full fee is retained and the shoot cannot be rescheduled. 5) Any voluntary reduction of package content on the shoot day does not change the price. 6) For boat or caravan shoots, bringing a second outfit is strongly recommended for quality.
2. Parties

Buyer: the person whose details appear on the booking form. Together with the partner attending the shoot, the Buyer is referred to as the "COUPLE" and is jointly liable under this agreement.
3. Definitions
LAW: Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. REGULATION: Distance Sales Regulation (Official Gazette 27.11.2014/29188). SERVICE: photography, videography, hair & makeup, and album/print services provided under this agreement. SITE: the website at forever-marriage.com.
4. Scope
This agreement governs the sale, performance and delivery of the photo/video service ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website, regulating the rights and obligations of the parties. Prices listed on the website are sales prices, valid until updated.
5. Payment
The Buyer pays the full package price at booking via iyzico Payment Services Inc. using 3D Secure. Card details are not disclosed to the Seller. The reservation is only confirmed once payment is approved. The invoice is sent electronically to the Buyer's email after the shoot.
6. Service Delivery
The shoot takes place on the date, time and location specified in the booking. The Seller may fulfill its obligations through its own staff (photographer, videographer, hair & makeup artist, etc.) or partner professionals. The Seller has sole discretion in selecting these personnel.
7. Rescheduling
If the Buyer requests a date change more than 14 days before the shoot, a one-time mutual reschedule is allowed. Less than 14 days before, rescheduling is only possible with a force-majeure document (medical, work-related, etc.). The new date must fall within 3 months of the original booking date; otherwise no refund is owed. On the shoot day, only force-majeure events (storm, natural disaster, accident, illness) allow rescheduling at mutual convenience.
8. Obligations of the Parties
The Buyer commits to cooperating with the Seller's team, completing pre-shoot preparations (gown, suit, makeup, accessories, etc.) on time. The Seller is not liable for photo/video losses caused by technical issues; a replacement shoot may be offered when possible, and refunds cannot be claimed. In the event of criminal acts (assault, threat, defamation, etc.) toward the Seller's personnel, the shoot is terminated and the Buyer remains liable for the full price with no refund.
9. Image Processing & Delivery
All photos are delivered digitally via a private online gallery; the Buyer must download files within 7 days. 30 selected photos are retouched. Album delivery takes approximately 10 weeks (70 days) from the photo selection date. Physical delivery is shipped by courier. The studio archive is kept for 3 months.
10. Copyright
All photographs and videos remain the Seller's property and are protected under Türkiye's Law No. 5846. The Buyer cannot claim ownership or commercial usage rights.
11. Right to Withdraw & Cancellation
Per Turkish Distance Sales Regulation, the Buyer has 14 days from the contract date to withdraw. Cancellation fees: within the 14-day cooling-off period a 5% fee applies; outside cooling-off but more than 14 days before the shoot a 30% fee applies; less than 14 days before the shoot a 60% fee applies; cancellation on the shoot day (without force majeure) is non-refundable. 12. Default
If the Buyer defaults on payments by credit card, the Buyer remains liable to the issuing bank per the cardholder agreement. The Buyer must also compensate any direct loss the Seller suffers due to delayed performance.
13. Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary thresholds defined under Law No. 6502.
14. Effective Date
By submitting payment via the website and checking the consent boxes, the Buyer accepts the terms of this agreement in full.
